The South Australian Catholic Medical Association, also known as the Guild of St Luke is a doctor-led, multidisciplinary group of Catholic health care professionals and students.

Our focus is to develop the interior life of our members through Holy Hour (Adoration with Rosary and Divine Mercy),  which is held monthly on the last Thursday from February to November, at 7pm at Mary Potter Hospice Chapel, North Adelaide.

An annual half-day conference, with Mass and dinner, is held at the adjoining Calvary North Adelaide Hospital, on the Saturday closest to the feast of our patron, St Luke (18th October).

In December, members are invited to "Carols and Lessons" in the main Calvary Hospital Chapel, on the Sunday evening preceding Christmas. It features the beautiful choir of Holy Name Parish. Our chaplain is Father Doctor Michael McCaffrey and, together, we produce a monthly 'good news' newsletter which is emailed to our 73 members.
